This year OLMC will be offering after school clubs for grades K-8. The majority of the clubs will meet once a month, and meet from 3:15-3:45 pm. Students may sign up for multiple clubs. Arrangements will need to be made to have students picked up or attend Extended Day when clubs are finished. Below are the descriptions of each club. Note that a couple of the clubs have a small fee in order to purchase materials. Any fee will need to be paid before a student can participate in the club.
To sign up for clubs please fill out and return the Club Sign Up sheet form that can be downloaded below. Clubs will be filled on a first come first served basis. Students that are being picked up must be picked up no later than 3:50 pm or they will be taken to extended day, where they'll be charged for the day.

Theatre Club
Hosted by Miss Morgan from our CARE/Theater Program. During the fall semester students will learn techniques of acting and participate in various workshops. The fall semester of theater will end with a school-wide assembly where club members will put on a talent show. During the spring semester, students will put together a showcase for families at the end of the year during awards ceremonies.
This club will meet weekly on Wednesday from 3:15 - 4:15

Ballads Club
Hosted by Miss Osborne. Students in this club will learn how to connect kid-friendly songs to emotions

Keychain making club
Hosted by Mrs. Reynolds. Students will learn to create/make different keychains.
1st Tuesday of each month (Begins Tuesday, November 1)
15 students maximum, grades 3-8
$5 fee.

Hosted by Miss Wojciechowski. Students will learn how to sew and make quilts.

Power of the pen
Hosted by Miss Halle. This is a creative writing club.
2nd Monday of each month (Begins Monday, November 14)

24 game
Hosted by Miss Kinkoph. Win points by being the first to make 24 with all four numbers on a card. Play round robin competitions with a culminating tournament at the end of the year.

community kindness club
Hosted by Miss Thornton. Students will spread kindness in and around our school community by making posters and cards for our school, nursing homes, and various shelters.
