New enrollment
1. Click THIS LINK to access the 2024-25 Enrollment Forms: https://auth.digitalacademy.org/Curricula/Form/OLMC2425Enroll
2. NEW PARENTS: CREATE A NEW DIGITAL ACADEMY ACCOUNT Enter the contact information of one of the parents. (You will be able to enter information for another parent later). Click "Create Account". You will receive an e-mail with the username you created. Please save this email as you will need the username everytime you log in.a. If you had previously started an application and are coming back to continue working on it, select “I have an account” and log in with the user name and password you created the first time you came to the site
3. Press +New Student and fill out the information for the child you are registering and press Add Studenta. If you do not see the grade your child is currently in, or your child is not yet attending school, pick the closest match or the lowest gradeb. After you have added the student, Ensure the “Grade in 2023-24 School Year” is Correct
4. If you are registering multiple children, press +New Student again and enter the additional information for each child.
5. Check “Enroll / Register” for all of the children you are enrolling and press CONTINUE6. Press CONTINUE on each page to move between pages. You will not be able to move to a page until all required information is filled out on the current page. If a field is required and you do not know the information or have it, please type N/A or Unknown
7. Some pages require a signature. Please sign by typing your name and selecting today’s date.
8. Some documents are required to be uploaded, including a Birth Certificate, Baptism Certificate, and IEP if applicable.
9. Please go all the way to the end and press SUBMIT. You will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please make sure that you clicked “Submit” on the final page.You can save and come back to finish the forms at any time. Simply click Save & Close. Go to https://auth.digitalacademy.org and there will be a reminder to finish the form in the upper left corner of your home page in the section titled “Needs Attention”. Click the link to continue working on your form.

Re-enrollment

- EXISTING PARENTS: LOGIN with your EXISTING DIGITAL ACADEMY ACCOUNT If you cannot remember your username, please contact the school. If you cannot remember your password, please click “Forgot Password” on the Login Page.
- To re-enroll an existing child, check “Enroll” next to his/her name. To enroll a new child, click “+Add Child” and fill out all of the required information. When done, press CONTINUE.
